"The new enterprise leaders clearly convey their expectations about the business conduct and aspirations to ensure the business targets are achieved within a framework under the highest standards. The new enterprise is not a soulless entity. The corporation reflects the action of its leaders, and above all, the enterprise expresses itself in the conduct of its body (staff), across the board – with shareholders, stakeholders, the public, government and partners. Such body must be in constant communication with those that promote and communicate the vision and the business objectives. A single culture across international offices – “Die Uber Culture” must be sought through aligned objectives and the effort of reconciling corporate and cultural values and complying with the letter and spirit of the law."
